Return Policy

Please consult with the following for information on uScoot USA’s return policy.

Some items are eligible for a full refund, and some require a 15% or 25% restocking fee.

If for any reason you need to return your Scooter, uScoot USA will offer a full refund under the following circumstances:

  -  Scooters must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  -  The product must be unopened, in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories as originally furnished to you. 

  -  Scooters must not have any scratches, marks and the tires must not be dirty or worn.

  -  Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please follow these simple steps to make your return:

  1. Call our office to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning the unopened item.
  2. The item must be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund.
  3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used for online purchase.  The refund should be within 3-5 days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.

The Power Wheel Chairs, Lift Chairs, and Vehicle Lifts we offer require a 15% restocking fee.

In order to return these items:

  -  Product must be unopened, in its original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

  -  If the item is a Power Wheelchair, there must not be any scratches, marks and the tires must not be dirty or worn.

  -  If the item is a Lift Chair, it must be in new condition with no changes to the fabric (tear, stains, soiling) or to the structure. 

  -  If the item is a Vehicle Lift, it must be in new condition and not have been installed.

  -  Power Wheel Chairs and Lift Chairs must be returned within 14 days. 

  -  Vehicle Lifts must be returned within 10 business days.

  -  Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refused Goods: 

Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to standard return policies.  You must accept delivery, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) and ship back to the address provided to you for a credit. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

Manufacturer Warranties:

Power Chairs, Scooters, Lift Chairs and Vehicle Lifts carry a 13-month manufacturer limited warranty.
